Rodrigo brings over 10 years of construction experience to XT2 Construction. He has worked as a Project Manager at companies such as Stiles Construction and Emerald Construction.

Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (Brazil), which has provided him with deep knowledge of his craft.

Known for building strong, reliable teams.
Uses advanced technology and clear reporting tools - AI, daily logs, graphics, charts, and detailed schedules to communicate project progress effectively.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
